Questions & answers
- Is there a free plan?
- No. There is a free trial: 14 days with every feature. We ask for a card to start, and only charge it after the trial.
- Can I send to my whole list during the trial?
- Not on day one. New accounts start small so we can keep everyone’s emails out of spam. You can send 200 emails at first. Once your first send goes well, you can send up to 1,000 a day. The limits lift after your first payment.
- What counts as a subscriber?
- Anyone you can email. If one person is on two of your newsletters, they count once. People who unsubscribed, who have not confirmed, or whose emails bounce do not count.
- What if I send more emails than my plan includes?
- Each month includes 12 emails per subscriber, which is plenty for a weekly newsletter. After that, extra emails cost $0.20 per 1,000. Nothing is cut off.
- What happens when my list grows?
- We email you when your list is 90% of your plan’s size. When it is full, we move you up to the next size and tell you. A send in progress is never stopped.
